The digital hydraulic universal testing machine is mainly used for tensile, compressive, bending, shear and other tests of metal materials and non-metallic materials such as cement, concrete, plastic, etc. Adding attachments can complete mechanical performance tests on steel strands, wire ropes, chains, welding electrodes, tapes, and components.

Common faults and troubleshooting methods during use:

1. When the device is turned on for emergency stop, the power indicator light does not light up.

Exclusion method: Check if the main power supply 380V has power and if the fuse is intact. If there is electricity, check the output of the circuit board transformer.

2. The crossbeam motor does not operate.

Exclusion method: Check if the power supply is missing phase, and ensure the safety of the crossbeam motor. Is the screw maintained and oiled according to regulations. Is the circuit board relay activated (indicated on the circuit board for the up and down relays)

During the equipment test, there was no display of displacement.

Exclusion method: Open the equipment cover, check if the wire encoder and wire are normal, and if the wiring of the encoder terminal on the circuit board is loose.

4. The device is not functioning.

Exclusion method: Check if the power supply is out of phase. Check if the oil pump is turned on (green indicator light) is on. Is the servo drive powered and alarmed? If alarmed, restart the power supply. Does the driver display the speed when the software clicks up or down.

5. There is abnormal noise and vibration when the equipment moves the crossbeam up and down.

Exclusion method: Check if the screw is lubricated. Check the height of the moving crossbeam.

6. The sample clamp is not tight.

Exclusion method: The clamping software should be operated correctly to select the clamping speed, and the clamping speed and rapid rise and fall rate should be used together. Suggest a speed of 50 or above. Check the degree of damage to the jaws. Check for oil leakage in the clamping cylinder. Are the oil circuit switching valve and the upper and lower clamping valves normal and unobstructed.
