The microcomputer controlled electro-hydraulic servo steel strand special testing machine is a high-precision testing equipment designed specifically for the mechanical performance testing of prestressed steel strands. The specialized clamp for steel strand can ensure the fracture in the middle of the sample, thereby measuring the true effective value of the steel strand. The equipment adopts advanced hydraulic power source drive and electro-hydraulic servo control technology. The measurement and control system adopts a fully digital multi-channel closed-loop measurement and control system with three closed-loop functions, which can perform stress, strain, displacement closed-loop control and other control methods, and can switch without impact. It can measure the tensile strength, specified non proportional elongation strength, elastic modulus, elongation and other mechanical properties of steel strands, and is widely used in industrial and mining enterprises, scientific research units, colleges and universities, engineering quality supervision stations and other departments.

1. Design of specialized fixtures

Overload protection (automatic shutdown when the test force exceeds 105%).
