1. Product usage

The testing machine is primarily designed for mechanical performance testing and analysis, specifically for tensile strength and breaking tests of power fittings, steel wire ropes, rigging, wires and

cables, anchor chains, locks, steel structural components, as well as metal plates and bars. It can achieve multi-stage infinite load holding and repeated cycle testing, and can print test reports and

 curves at any time.

The closed-loop servo control system, consisting of an electrical controller, servo valve, load sensor, displacement sensor, extensometer, and computer, can automatically and precisely control the

testing process and measure test parameters such as test force, displacement, and deformation.

The testing machine can achieve tests such as constant rate loading, constant rate deformation, and constant rate displacement, and can realize three-stage control of force, deformation, and

displacement in a single test, with smooth transitions between each control.

Test parameters are collected and processed by a computer and software, enabling automatic control of the testing process and automatic calculation of test results. The test curve and results are

displayed in real-time on the computer screen, and test reports and curves can be printed.
