System composition:

This automatic testing machine adopts a profile frame structure, which is controlled by a computer program to set the number of tests and control its operation. The composition is as follows:

1. Main framework

Composition: square tube, H-beam, steel plate;

Function: Responsible for supporting the movement of the entire system and the installation of supports and hangers;

2. Control box

Composition: Sheet metal casing, electrical components;

Function: Control the movement of the entire system and load force values on the specimen;

3. Mobile loading components

Composition: Loading cylinder, force sensor, lifting cylinder, guide linear guide rail, horizontal loading guide shaft, testing loading tube, displacement sensor;

Function: Load the electric cylinder to set the force value on the specimen, and the force value is fed back to the system by the force sensor; The lifting cylinder is responsible for lifting and 

lowering the entire loading component, guided by a guide pulley to meet the requirements of experiments with different specimen specifications; The loading force is transmitted from the 

loading cylinder to the horizontal loading guide shaft, and from the guide shaft to the test loading tube; Test the installation of support and hanger specimens on the loading pipe; The 

displacement sensor records the displacement of the specimen;

4. Installation components of supports and hangers

Composition: Support and hanger installation plate, connecting screws, locking handle

Function: Installation and fastening of supports and hangers

Test Principle

Component load test: The testing machine applies 15 cycles of the same force amplitude to the test loading tube through an electric cylinder. The support and hanger specimens installed on the 

test loading tube bear this force. After the loading is completed, the displacement sensor records the displacement and deformation of the support and hanger, and other damages can be 

observed manually.

Maintenance and safety precautions

1. Maintenance and upkeep:

1) The screws on the equipment frame need to be tightened regularly;

2. Safety precautions:

1) Do not use live power lines and signal lines;

2) Prevent equipment damage caused by misoperation.
