2. For specific testing requirements, we will hold a special meeting. Provide you with detailed technical consultation, data collection and result analysis. Technical solutions that meet your specific needs.
3. We can also test according to the material samples provided by you, and send the test report to you to see if it meets your needs.
after-sale service:
1. Xinguang company has established a perfect after-sales service system, and the service department is responsible for the operation of after-sales service. If the customer's problems do not need on-site service, the solution shall be provided by the customer, and if the customer cannot handle them, the service engineer shall be sent to solve them on site.
2. The service engineer shall sign for acceptance by the customer after the on-site service is completed. The service department shall take the initiative to ask the customer's satisfaction one week after the customer's acceptance. If it is not satisfied, it shall arrange another service until it is satisfied.
Xinguang training program aims to improve operator efficiency and optimize system performance. Skillfully guided and fully customizable, this course provides on-site teaching to ensure that your staff are thoroughly familiar with your test system and understand how to operate effectively.
3. With the improvement of technology, equipment upgrading is usually an economical way to expand your laboratory capacity and extend the service life of existing test equipment. Xinguang provides upgrading and replacement of your test system: mechanical parts, controllers and software. The software standard function upgrade service within the warranty period is free.
The warranty treatment will not be available for the following reasons:
1) Beyond the warranty period;
2) Defects or damages caused by using the product under abnormal and unconventional conditions;
3) The user cannot enjoy the warranty service due to man-made damage and needs to pay for maintenance. Man made reasons include: self disassembly or refitting, natural wear and tear, mechanical damage, water ingress, fire, failure to use according to the user manual, etc;
4) Defects or damages caused by incorrect testing, operation, maintenance, installation, modification or adjustment;
5) Antenna defect or damage not caused by material or processing problems;
6) Defects or damage caused by unauthorized repair, disassembly, etc;
7) Products that cannot be identified from the date of purchase;
8) Normal wear and tear.
