This machine can perform mechanical property testing and analysis research on various metals, non metals, and composite materials. It can automatically calculate the maximum test force value, fracture force value, yield strength, upper and lower yield strength, tensile strength, compressive strength, fracture elongation, tensile elastic modulus, bending elastic modulus and other test data according to GB, JIS, ASTM, DIN, ISO and other standards.

Meet the requirements of national standards GB/T228.1 "Tensile Test Method for Metallic Materials at Room Temperature" and GB/T7314 "Compression Test Method for Metals", and comply with data processing of various standards such as GB, ISO, ASTM, DIN, etc. Can meet the requirements of users and provide standards.

Features

a) This machine adopts a domestically unique dual position controller (LCD and computer can be controlled separately or dual), ensuring that the testing machine can achieve constant velocity displacement control;

b) Adopting imported Taiwan Dongyuan AC servo motors, the performance is stable and reliable, with protection devices for overcurrent, overvoltage, overspeed, overload, etc. The speed ratio can reach 1:5000;

c) The electrical control circuit follows international standards and complies with national testing machine electrical standards. It has strong anti-interference ability, ensuring the stability of the controller and the accuracy of experimental data;

d) Automatic shifting: automatically switches to the appropriate range according to the load size to ensure the accuracy of measurement data; It has achieved true physical zeroing, gain adjustment, and automatic shifting, zeroing, calibration, and saving of experimental force measurement, without any analog adjustment links, and the control circuit is highly integrated;

e) Conditional storage: Test control data and sample conditions can be modularized, facilitating batch testing;

f) Automatic transmission: The speed of moving the crossbeam during the test can be automatically adjusted according to a pre-set program or manually adjusted;
