The aluminum profile high and low temperature electronic universal testing machine is a device specifically designed to test the mechanical properties of aluminum alloy profiles, such as tensile, compressive, bending, and shear, in high and low temperature environments.

Main features 

1. High and low temperature environment testing: Equipped with high and low temperature test chambers, the temperature range is usually -70 ℃~+300 ℃, and some equipment can reach -40 ℃~+150 ℃. It is suitable for testing the mechanical properties of metal, non-metal, and composite materials at different temperatures.

2. Multi functional testing: It can perform various tests such as tension, compression, bending, shear, peeling, tearing, etc., meeting the requirements of standards such as GB/T 228 (room temperature tension test method for metal materials) and GB 5237.6 (standard for thermal insulation profiles of aluminum alloy building profiles).

3. Automation control: It adopts computer control and has functions such as automatic reset, automatic parking, data storage, overload protection, etc. Some equipment supports VB+SQL data processing and can generate test curves and reports.

4. High precision measurement: The measurement error of the test force is ≤± 1%, the displacement resolution can reach 0.001mm, and the speed adjustment range is 0.01~500mm/min (stepless speed regulation).
