The microcomputer controlled electronic universal testing machine for fasteners is mainly used for mechanical performance testing of building components such as scaffold fasteners.

It can comprehensively evaluate the anti slip, anti damage, tensile strength, and torsional stiffness of right angle fasteners, rotary fasteners, bowl fasteners, and plate fasteners.

Main testing items

Steel pipe scaffold fasteners: anti slip, anti damage, and torsional stiffness tests for right angle fasteners; Anti slip and anti damage tests for rotating fasteners; Tensile performance test of 

docking fasteners.

Bowl buckle scaffolding components: such as upper bowl buckle strength, lower bowl buckle welding strength, horizontal bar joint strength, and adjustable support compressive strength tests.

Socket type buckle bracket components: including testing of single-sided/double-sided shear strength, bending strength, tensile strength, and circumferential weld shear strength of the 

connecting plate.

Technical Features

High precision measurement and control: high-precision sensors and digital measurement systems are used to ensure the measurement accuracy of test force, deformation, and displacement.

Stable mechanical structure: usually adopts a portal frame structure with high rigidity; Adopting precision ball screw and circular synchronous belt reduction system, the transmission is smooth 

and the noise is low.

Flexible dual space design: The upper space is mainly used for tensile testing, while the lower space is used for compression and bending testing. It is easy to operate and has high testing 

efficiency.

Comprehensive safety protection: equipped with overload, overtravel, overvoltage, overcurrent, overheating and other protection functions, some also have programmable and mechanical 

two-level limit.

Powerful software features: The dedicated testing software can display curves, set plans, process data in real time, and support multiple standards to generate standardized reports.
