Precautions for using electric cylinder fatigue testing machine

1. Servo electric cylinder is a precision electromechanical integrated product. This electric cylinder is used in conjunction with Hollysys servo. When using it, it is necessary to read the usage precautions and related motor and driver manuals in advance, and pay great attention to them during use. Without the permission of the manufacturer, it is not allowed to disassemble the electric cylinder, especially the screws outside the electric cylinder.  

2. Servo electric cylinder is a basic maintenance free product, and any exchange of components must be carried out at the production plant or authorized location of the production plant.

3. The motor and servo electric cylinder are connected through a height synchronous belt and adjusted for tension. So the motor cannot be disassembled at will, otherwise it may cause damage to the synchronous belt due to improper tension.

During installation, never apply external torque to the piston rod to avoid damaging the electric cylinder.  

5. The servo electric cylinder adopts lubricating grease method, and there is a lubricating grease inlet on the cylinder body. When adding, use Mobility SHC220 grease and grease gun, with a dosage and duration of 2 times (gun travel)/6 months (or 50 kilometers travel).  

6. The oiling method for the screw nut is to extend the electric cylinder to its full stroke, stop the motor, and cut off the power supply. Open the screw plug at the grease injection port on the cylinder barrel and use a specialized oil gun to add oil. After refueling, install the screw plug and connect the power supply. Walk back and forth 2-3 times throughout the entire journey.  

When debugging the servo electric cylinder, it should be carried out at low speed first, and then the speed should be increased after all aspects are normal to avoid damaging the electric cylinder.  

8. It is strictly prohibited to touch the sliding seat during product operation and maintain a safe working range.

9.When the effective stroke is too large, resonance may occur, and the maximum speed should be relatively reduced as the stroke increases.
