The microcomputer-controlled asphalt triaxial testing machine is developed based on the "JTG E20-2011 Test Methods of Asphalt and Asphalt Mixtures for Highway Engineering" and in accordance with the requirements of relevant research institutes. It utilizes imported servo motor drive and control technology, electronic technology, computer data processing technology, and refrigeration technology.

The following tests can be conducted using various sensors and fixtures:

1. Uniaxial tensile strength and creep test

2. Torsional strength of trabecular

3. (Freeze-thaw) splitting strength

4. Marshall stability test

5. Uniaxial (prism and cylinder), triaxial compression, and creep tests

Working conditions of the testing machine:

1. Within the temperature range of 100°C to 350°C, the relative humidity should be no more than 80%;

2. Install horizontally on a stable foundation, with a levelness of 0.2/1000;

3. In an environment free from vibration, corrosive media, and strong electromagnetic field interference;

4. The fluctuation range of the power supply voltage should not exceed ±10% of the rated voltage;

5. The distance between the two sides of the equipment and the wall should be no less than 0.8m to facilitate future maintenance and upkeep.
