Designed and manufactured according to the national standard GB/T 16826 "Electro hydraulic Servo Universal Testing Machine", it is a modular design of A-type host+servo controlled oil source+microcomputer automatic control system. The host adopts ultra-high stiffness design, and each load-bearing component undergoes finite element analysis, design, precision machining, and testing. The oil source system adopts a load adaptive throttling speed regulation system, which has undergone repeated pressure tests and maximum load holding tests. The controller adopts a new generation of high-performance, intelligent fully digital independent controller. The measurement and control software adopts advanced measurement and control algorithm combination, which can accurately control the entire experimental process and fully meet the requirements of domestic and international material testing methods.
