Compression Shear Testing Machine

This machine is specifically designed for testing the mechanical properties of finished rubber bearings for highway bridges. It can perform tests on compressive modulus of elasticity, shear modulus of elasticity, shear angle, ultimate compressive strength, friction coefficient, rotation angle, and load testing of pot type rubber bearings for highway bridges to detect axial compression deformation and radial deformation. All precision of this machine meets the calibration requirements of JJG157 tensile, compressive, and universal material testing machine.

The host adopts a four column structure, and the crossbeam, base, and upper and lower pressure plates are all made of integral cast steel structure. The rigidity strength and structural stability of the frame are better than those of the two column structure, which is convenient for measuring the elastic deformation of the sample. Microcomputer controlled automatic continuous and stable loading, automatic load holding, automatic data collection, storage, curve drawing, automatic printing of test reports, can perform compressive elastic modulus test, shear elastic modulus test, shear adhesion performance, shear aging resistance, friction coefficient, corner test, ultimate compressive strength test, corner test of bridge rubber bearings.
