The electro-hydraulic servo long column pressure testing machine is a device used to test the compressive performance of materials or components.

1.Main purpose:

Compressive strength test: mainly used for compressive testing of large concrete, super strong concrete, mortar, rock, pipe piles, building materials and other component products. It can also be used for compressive strength testing of hydraulic jacks, metal materials, and metal structural components.

Bending test: After configuring a reverse bending beam, it can be used for bending tests on concrete beams or other long components. After adding a bending device, bending tests can also be conducted on the above-mentioned components.

Other tests: Can be used for expansion test and edge rolling test of metal pipes, seamless steel pipes, and non-ferrous metal pipes. It can also be used for testing the mechanical properties of finished rubber bearings for highway bridges, including compression, shear, and rotation.

2.Main structural features

Host structure: Generally adopts a double column or four column structure. The four column structure has good stability and can meet the compression test of large-sized and full-scale components.

Hydraulic system: It adopts Hualong intelligent servo oil source technology with imported hydraulic power, or high-precision imported servo valve load holding, to achieve equal rate automatic loading, constant test force holding, and cyclic loading unloading.

Control System: Equipped with a microcomputer control system, it can achieve automatic control, data acquisition, processing, analysis, storage, and display of the experimental process. There is no impact between control modes, smooth switching, and smooth loading and unloading.
