The microcomputer controlled electro-hydraulic servo horizontal tensile testing machine adopts a horizontal frame structure, with a single output rod and double acting piston cylinder applying test force. The computer control system controls the servo motor and other components to achieve automatic control of the test process. The test data is accurately collected by the load sensor and transmitted to the computer, and the control system automatically analyzes, processes, and stores the test results. Normal working conditions of the equipment

a) Within the temperature range of 10 ℃ to 35 ℃, the relative humidity should not exceed 80%;

b) In a vibration free environment, there are no corrosive media or electromagnetic field interference around;

c) The fluctuation range of the power supply voltage should not exceed ± 10% of the rated voltage;

d) The host must be reliably grounded and firmly fixed on the foundation;

e) The levelness of the host shall not be less than 0.2/1000.

Routine maintenance

a) The various parts of the testing machine should be wiped clean regularly. After wiping the unpainted surface clean, a small amount of cotton yarn and engine oil should be used to wipe it again to prevent rusting. During the rainy season, attention should be paid to wiping, and when not in use, a dust cover should be used to prevent soil from entering.

b) All valves on the hydraulic control box should not be opened and placed to prevent dust from entering the interior and affecting the sensitivity of the hydraulic control mechanism.

c) Long term and frequent use can lead to a decrease or deterioration in oil levels. Oil levels should be checked every 1-3 months based on usage. After the equipment stops running for 15 minutes, observe the oil level in the hydraulic control box. If the oil is insufficient, add the same type of hydraulic oil appropriately; If the oil has deteriorated, drain the oil and replace it with new hydraulic oil.
