Dynamic Compression Shear Testing Machine


Dynamic compression shear testing machine is a testing equipment used to test the mechanical properties of materials or structures, widely used in the mechanical performance testing of engineering rubber bearings, shock absorbers and other finished products. It can complete tests such as compressive strength, compressive elastic modulus, shear elastic modulus, shear adhesion performance, shear aging resistance, friction coefficient, rotation angle, etc. Testing machines usually use advanced hydraulic servo technology and microcomputer control systems, which can achieve high-precision loading and measurement.

Normal working conditions of the testing machine

1. Room temperature: 15℃~25℃ ,±5℃  

2. Humidity: ≤ 80%

3. Power supply: 3-phase/380V ± 10%/50HZ

4. In an environment without strong vibration, corrosive media, or strong electromagnetic field interference

5. Computer power supply: 220V ± 10%/50HZ/separately connected

6. User provided circulating water for cooling purposes

Vertical loading system

1. Maximum test force kN: 35000kN;

2. Test force measurement range: 2% -100% F.S (700-35000kN)

3. Test force control accuracy: better than ± 1%

4. actuator stroke: 1000mm

5. Operating speed of actuator: not less than 0.5-30 mm/min

6. Displacement control accuracy: ≤ ±1%FS

7. Experimental space height: not less than 1500mm

8. Deformation measurement range: vertical 0-50mm, radial 0-20mm

Horizontal dynamic loading system

1. Horizontal actuator horizontal shear force: ± 3500kN.

2. Accuracy of indication: better than ± 1%;

3. Test force measurement range: 2% -100% FS (70kN~3500kN)

4. Common amplitude and frequency: within 80% load range, ± 160mm stroke, frequency not less than 0.08Hz

5. Maximum stroke of working piston: ± 800mm

6. Displacement accuracy: better than ± 0.5% FS
