1. General maintenance principles
1) Lubricating oil should be added regularly to sliding parts, and rust proof oil should be applied to easily rusted parts.
2) Prevent the intrusion of high temperature, excessive humidity, dust, corrosive media, water, etc.
3) Regularly keep the product clean to prevent rusting.
4) Regularly keep the computer clean to prevent discharge interference or short circuits on the circuit board.
5) Regularly inspect and maintain the integrity of its components.
6) Regularly check once a year.
7) Record the usage situation.
2. Host maintenance
1) Prevent the intrusion of high temperature, excessive humidity, dust, corrosive media, water, etc.
2) Keep clean, especially keep the whole machine clean, and avoid foreign objects such as iron filings from entering the sliding surface.
3) It is not allowed to test any product samples outside the allowed range of the machine to avoid damaging the host and causing danger.
4) The mating parts should be coated with anti rust oil for storage.
5) All moving contact surfaces on the testing machine should be coated with lubricating oil to reduce wear.
6) Regularly inspect and maintain the integrity of its components, and pre tighten any loose nuts and screws.
7) Regularly check once a year.

3. Oil source maintenance
1) Maintain cleanliness and dryness around the oil source, pipelines, and valve assembly; It is strictly prohibited to step on hydraulic components, wires, and fittings, and it is not allowed to dismantle oil sources and wires at will.
2) Regularly check whether there is any oil leakage at the connection between the host and the hydraulic source. If there is an oil leakage, it should be carried out by professionals, and the sealing ring or combination gasket should be replaced.
3) Regularly check the changes in the oil tank level (observe the oil gauge on the hydraulic source). If the oil gauge position drops significantly, the hydraulic oil should be replenished in a timely manner to above 4/5 of the oil gauge.
4) According to the usage situation and the service life of the oil, the viscosity and consistency of the hydraulic oil will change after a period of use. Therefore, it is recommended to replace the hydraulic oil of the same brand and grade once a year.
5) When the oil filter alarms, the filter element should be replaced in a timely manner, and the cleanliness of the hydraulic oil should be checked. If necessary, the hydraulic oil should be replaced in a timely manner.
6) Check if the dual contact metal thermometer can work properly when the oil source cannot cool automatically.
7) When not working for a long time (more than a week), be sure to cut off the power (turn off the air in the oil source control cabinet).
4. Maintenance of control system
1) Eliminate the controller from working in environments with high temperature, excessive humidity, dust, and strong vibration.
2) Regularly check whether the connecting wires on the controller are in good contact, and if they are loose, they should be tightened in a timely manner.
3) If there is a prolonged period of inactivity (more than 2 hours) after the experiment, turn off the computer.
