The metal wire winding test machine is made according to the technical requirements specified in GB/T239 Wire Winding Test Method. It is a new type of digital counting wire winding testing machine developed by our factory, mainly used for winding testing of metal wires. Used to determine the ability of metal wires to withstand plastic deformation in unidirectional or bidirectional winding, and to display surface and internal defects of wires, providing a reliable measurement method for units producing and using wires. It is an ideal testing equipment for colleges, research institutes, quality inspection departments, and relevant production units.
Working conditions of the testing machine:
1. Within the temperature range of 100C-350C at room temperature;
2. Install correctly on a stable foundation or workbench, with a levelness of less than 0.2%;
3. In a vibration free environment;
4. There is no corrosive medium around;
5. Power supply: AC 220V ± 10%, 50Hz.
