  • Detailed Description

The electronic disc spring pressure testing machine is a high-precision device specifically used to test the mechanical properties of disc springs. It adopts electronic servo control technology and can accurately measure the load displacement characteristics, stiffness, fatigue life and other parameters of disc springs. Suitable for the research and development, quality inspection, and performance verification of disc springs in fields such as machinery, automotive, aerospace, etc.

Core functions of the device

(1) Static performance testing

Load displacement curve: Measure the force and deformation relationship of the disc spring during compression, and calculate the stiffness (k=Δ F/Δ s).

Ultimate load test: Determine the maximum load-bearing capacity of the disc spring (such as rated load, flattening load).

Elastic recovery rate: detect residual deformation after unloading and evaluate material rebound performance.

(2) Dynamic fatigue testing

High frequency cycle test: Simulate the fatigue life of a disc spring under long-term reciprocating motion (such as 100000 cycles).

Variable amplitude loading: Test the fatigue characteristics under different preloading forces (such as sine wave and triangular wave loading).

(3) Combination spring test

Series/parallel stiffness analysis: testing the comprehensive mechanical performance when multiple disc springs are stacked and used.

Pre tightening force optimization: Verify the adjustment effect of different combination methods on system stiffness.

(4) Environmental simulation test (optional)

Changes in mechanical properties of disc springs under high/low temperature environments (such as -40 ℃~+150 ℃).
