1. Equipment functions and testing standards

(1) Main testing items

Vertical static load test: Simulate vehicle rolling and measure the ultimate bearing capacity of manhole covers (such as A15/B125/C250/D400/E600/F900 grades).

Residual deformation test: After unloading, check whether the manhole cover has been restored to its original state.

Fatigue test (optional): Simulate long-term vehicle traffic and test durability (such as 100000 cycles of loading).

2. Equipment structure and composition

(1) Host framework

Four column structure: high rigidity design to ensure loading stability.

Hydraulic/Electric Loading System:

Hydraulic type: large tonnage (usually 1000kN~5000kN), suitable for high-strength testing.

(2) Key components

Pressure sensor: Real time monitoring of test force (accuracy ± 1%).

Displacement sensor: measures the deformation of the manhole cover (e.g. 0.01mm resolution).

Control system: PLC or computer control, automatic loading, holding, and unloading.

Safety protection: Explosion proof glass cover or fence to prevent sample breakage and splashing.
