  • Detailed Description

The electro-hydraulic servo four column fatigue testing machine is a high stiffness, large tonnage fatigue testing equipment that uses electro-hydraulic servo control technology and a four column frame structure. It is suitable for testing the fatigue life, fracture mechanics, and static mechanical properties of large structural components, metal materials, composite materials, etc. under dynamic loads. Widely used in fields such as automobiles, rail transit, aerospace, construction bridges, etc.

Core functions of the device

(1) Dynamic fatigue testing

High frequency fatigue test (1-50Hz): Simulate alternating loads (sine wave, triangular wave, random wave) to test the S-N curve (fatigue life curve) of the specimen under cyclic stress.

Crack propagation test: Monitor fatigue crack growth rate and calculate fracture toughness (KIC, JIC).

(2) Static mechanical testing

Stretching/Compressing/Bending: Measuring parameters such as yield strength, tensile strength, and elastic modulus of materials.

Creep/relaxation testing: analysis of deformation behavior under long-term constant load.

(3) Multi axis complex load test (optional)

Simulate tension compression torsion composite forces (such as real working conditions of automotive chassis and aircraft landing gear) through coordinated control of multiple actuators.

(4) Environmental coupling test (optional)

Integrate high and low temperature chambers, corrosion environment chambers, and study the effects of temperature (-70 ℃~+300 ℃), humidity, and corrosive media on the fatigue performance of materials.
