Structural composition

Drive system: Driven by a fully digital TESTSMART control system. The speed adjustment range is wide, and the loading is uniform and stable.
Transmission system: Precision reducer transmission is used to ensure the uniformity, stability and transmission accuracy of the transmission. Manual adjustment within the range of 0~30mm of lateral space.
Measurement and display system: The machine adopts a built-in encoder to collect the torsion angle θ of the specimen, and the high-precision output symmetry torque sensor to collect the torque T of the specimen. The liquid crystal displays the torque T, torsion angle θ, and test speed of the specimen.
The working environment conditions of the testing machine
