Electric cylinder fatigue testing machine is a fatigue testing equipment that uses servo electric cylinder as the core power actuator. It drives high-precision ball screws through motors to generate precise thrust and tension, and performs reciprocating cyclic loading on samples or components to simulate their fatigue performance, durability, and reliability under long-term alternating loads.

Main structural components

Host frame: usually single or double column, providing high rigidity support.

Servo electric cylinder: the core power unit. Convert the rotational motion of the motor into linear motion.

Servo drives and motors: provide power and precise motion control.

Force sensor&displacement sensor: Real time and accurate measurement of load and displacement, forming the basis of closed-loop control.

Controller and software: Set test waveforms (sine wave, triangular wave, square wave, random wave, etc.), parameters (frequency, amplitude, number of cycles), and collect, process, and display data to determine whether the sample has failed.

Fixture: Specially designed based on the sample (such as metal rods, automotive parts, rubber parts, biological bones, etc.).
