Fully utilize computer technology to preset various parameters, automatically measure, control, process data, draw various curves, and print on the testing machine. Equipped with various attachments that fully comply with the requirements of GB16491-2022 for the testing machine, and equipped with specialized fixtures for fasteners, it can complete various tests on the mechanical properties of fasteners on one device. Meets the requirements of the national standard for steel pipe scaffolding fasteners (GB15831-2023). Suitable for testing the anti slip, anti damage, tensile, and compressive properties of steel pipe scaffold fasteners. At the same time, it can test and analyze the mechanical properties of various metals, non metals, and composite materials. This machine is widely used in aerospace, petrochemicals, machinery manufacturing, wires, cables, textiles, fibers, plastics, rubber, ceramics, food, pharmaceutical packaging, aluminum-plastic pipes, plastic doors and windows, geotextiles, films, wood, paper, metal materials, and manufacturing industries. It can automatically obtain the maximum test force value, fracture force value, yield strength, upper and lower yield strength, tensile strength, compressive strength, elongation at break, tensile modulus of elasticity, bending modulus of elasticity and other test data according to GB, JIS, ASTM, DIN, ISO and other standards.

Main functions:

a) This machine adopts a built-in controller, ensuring that the testing machine can achieve constant velocity displacement control.

b) Adopting AC servo motor, with stable and reliable performance, and equipped with overcurrent, overvoltage, overspeed, overload and other protection devices. The speed ratio can reach 

1:5000.

c) The electrical control circuit follows international standards and complies with national testing machine electrical standards. It has strong anti-interference ability, ensuring the stability of 

the controller and the accuracy of experimental data.

d) Automatic shifting: automatically switches to the appropriate range according to the load size to ensure the accuracy of measurement data;

e) Conditional storage: Test control data and sample conditions can be modularized, facilitating batch testing;

f) Automatic transmission: The speed of moving the crossbeam during the test can be automatically adjusted according to a pre-set program or manually adjusted;

g) Automatic calibration: The system can automatically calibrate the accuracy of the displayed values;

h) Automatic saving: After the experiment is completed, the experimental data and curves are automatically saved;
