The microcomputer controlled manhole cover pressure testing machine is mainly used for compression testing of manhole covers. 1、 Main components

1. Host framework:

Adopting a vertical four column structure, it has high rigidity and stability to withstand enormous pressure.

The lower pressure plate is usually a sturdy platform used to place manhole covers and support bases.

The upper pressure plate is driven by a servo actuator cylinder to apply downward pressure.

2. Loading system:

Manhole cover support base: simulates the actual installation conditions of the manhole cover, manufactured according to standard requirements, with fixed support surface dimensions.

Loading plate: used to apply pressure to specific positions on the manhole cover (such as loading on the center of the manhole cover or loading on the long side of the rainwater grate). The size and shape of the loading board also strictly follow the standards.

Strong specificity: The software pre sets national standard test methods, automatically judges test results, and directly generates formats that meet the requirements of the testing report.

High precision measurement: Using high-precision sensors and control systems, it can accurately measure load and deformation curves.

High degree of automation: The experimental process is automatically controlled, with automatic loading, holding, data collection, calculation, and result saving.

Safe and reliable: The equipment is usually equipped with multiple safety devices such as overload protection, emergency stop, and hydraulic system safety valves. Due to the enormous pressure of the manhole cover test, protective nets or safety covers are often installed around the main frame to prevent the specimen from breaking and splashing, which is crucial.

Powerful data processing: It can display real-time force displacement curves, automatically calculate and record key data such as peak test force and residual deformation, and print detailed detection reports.
