The electric hydraulic servo fatigue testing machine for power fittings can complete mechanical tests for various types of power fittings, such as mechanical damage load and failure load tests for connecting fittings, mechanical load tests and grip strength tests for suspension clamps and tension clamps, tensile tests and slip tests for contact fittings, turning angle tests and fatigue tests for suspension clamps, etc.

Adding a special auxiliary testing machine can also perform shear tests: the main machine is a four column frame structure with a servo actuator mounted structure. Forced hydraulic clamps are installed on the top of the crossbeam and actuator piston rod respectively. The outer surface of the column is treated with electroplated hard chromium, which can effectively increase the column's wear resistance, improve its corrosion resistance, and increase the aesthetic appearance of the host. The mainframe of the testing machine has the characteristics of compact structure, flexible lifting and lowering of the crossbeam, high frame stiffness, reliable specimen clamping, good centering, and convenient clamping. It can also be equipped with various fixtures and environmental testing devices to expand the testing function.
