The line wear rates under different working conditions are required to be completed at 1km, 10km, 15km, and 50km, respectively; The maximum loading speed is 15mm/s and the loading stroke is ± 10mm;
d) Appendix A of TB/T 3320-2013 "Spherical Bearings for Railway Bridges" requires conducting initial friction coefficient and line wear rate tests on sliding plates. The line wear rates under different working conditions are required to be completed at 1km, 15km, and 50km, respectively;
e) JT/T 391-2013 "Pot type Bearings for Highway Bridges" requires high-performance skateboards to undergo friction coefficient and linear wear rate testing in section 5.3.3.2. The linear wear rate requires a cumulative sliding distance of 50km and a loading speed of 15mm/s;
f) JT/T 901-2023 "Polymer Sliding Plates for Bridge Bearings" has an average speed of 15mm/s under silicone grease lubrication conditions; The dynamic friction coefficient under seismic action without silicone grease lubrication requires an average loading speed of 200mm/s, a reciprocating distance of ± 50mm, and loading for 3 cycles; The correlation between the number of repeated loading cycles without silicone grease lubrication requires an average loading speed of 200mm/s, a reciprocating distance of ± 50mm, and 20 loading cycles;
g) Appendix B of GB/T 37358-2019 "Friction pendulum isolation bearings for buildings" requires a peak loading speed of 150mm/s, a reciprocating sliding distance of ± 50mm, and a cumulative sliding distance of 6m.
