Bottom mounted oil cylinder main engine structure, strong rigidity and high stability: The main engine adopts a bottom mounted oil cylinder, four column and two screw structure, with the tensile space located above the main engine and the compression test space located between the lower crossbeam of the main engine and the worktable. The upper and lower jaw seats adopt a semi open structure, with good rigidity and long clamping length, effectively ensuring that the steel strand does not slip and can break from the middle, improving the success rate of the test.
3. Special extended jaws and hydraulic automatic clamping: equipped with steel strand special extended jaws to ensure the middle of the sample breaks and further improve the success rate of the test. The upper and lower jaws are equipped with compound cylinder hydraulic automatic fixtures, which are controlled by a movable manual control box and operated conveniently and efficiently.
4. High precision measurement and control system, no grading throughout the process: equipped with high-precision load sensors and imported photoelectric encoders, the accuracy of test force indication is better than ± 1% (level 1 accuracy), the effective measurement range covers 2% to 100% FS (no grading throughout the process), and the load measurement resolution is as high as 1/± 500000 yards. The displacement resolution is as high as 0.001mm, and the deformation measurement range is 0.2% -100% FS.
5. Fully automatic closed-loop control, intelligent loading: adopting a fully digital closed-loop measurement and control system, supporting multiple control modes such as constant rate test force, constant rate stress, constant rate displacement, constant load, constant strain, etc. The control modes can be randomly/arbitrarily switched, and the PID parameters can be adjusted online. Real time display of force displacement curve during the experiment, automatic calculation of key indicators such as tensile strength, specified non proportional tensile strength (Rp0.2), elastic modulus, elongation, etc.
6. Multi functional testing capability: equipped with a large gauge length electronic extensometer (gauge length 500mm, range 10mm), accurately measuring the deformation of steel strands within the gauge length. The test results can be queried and printed in six types of curves including force displacement, force deformation, stress displacement, stress deformation, force time, and deformation time, as well as related test data, and automatically generate detection reports that meet standard requirements.
7. Multiple security protections and humanized design:
-Flexible protective devices are installed on the upper part of the lower crossbeam and clamp plate to prevent oxidation inclusions from falling into the sliding surface during sample stretching, thereby extending the service life of the clamp plate
