Proper operation and regular maintenance are key to ensuring the accuracy and lifespan of the testing machine
Pre operation inspection: Before each use, check whether the oil level in the fuel tank is sufficient and whether the oil pipe joints are tightened.
Standardized operating procedures:
1. Connect the power and preheat for a period of time (about 5-20 minutes).
2. Start the oil pump and raise the piston a short distance to check if it is running normally.
3. Place the specimen and adjust the space so that it is close to the upper pressure plate but leaves a gap.
4. Set and adjust the loading speed according to the experimental requirements.
5. After the specimen is broken, slowly open the return valve to make the piston fall back and record the data.
6. After the experiment is completed, clean the debris and turn off the power.
Safety Warning:
1. The specimen must be placed at the center of the pressure plate.
When the piston rises, it must not exceed the maximum stroke limit.
If there is any abnormal noise during the experiment, the machine should be stopped immediately for inspection.
Regular maintenance: It is recommended to replace the hydraulic oil every six months and ensure the use of clean and correct type of oil (such as N46 or N68 anti-wear hydraulic oil).
