The wind power anchor bolt horizontal tensile testing machine adopts a horizontal frame structure, and the automatic control of the testing process is achieved by the computer control system through the control of servo motors and other components. The test data is accurately collected by the load sensor and transmitted to the computer, and the control system automatically analyzes, processes and stores the test results. The required test report can be directly printed through a printer. This testing machine is a key equipment specifically designed to test the tensile performance of wind turbine foundation anchor bolts (foot bolts). It can automatically measure the total elongation and residual deformation of the anchor bolt, with a specified non proportional elongation stress Rp0.2 (MPa). It can also be equipped with an automatic sampling device for product online testing and large-scale testing. Stress relaxation testing can also be selected according to EN10319. Under the initial prestress of 0.7 times the yield strength, the stress relaxation coefficient of the anchor bolt after 10 hours is tested, and the stress relaxation coefficient of the anchor bolt after 1000 hours is deduced based on the relaxation coefficient of the first 100 hours.
