Toothless steel strand testing machine, specially designed for mechanical performance testing of prestressed steel strands. The dedicated toothless jaws for steel strands can ensure the middle fracture of the specimen and the true effective value of the tensile test. The measurement and control system adopts a fully digital multi-channel closed-loop measurement and control system with three closed-loop functions, which can perform stress, strain, displacement closed-loop control and other control methods, and can switch without impact. It can measure the tensile strength, specified non proportional elongation strength, elastic modulus, elongation and other mechanical properties of steel strands.

Features

1. The main engine is loaded with hydraulic bidirectional cylinders, with one loading cylinder on each side of the main engine to reduce the overall height of the equipment. The testing position is easy to operate and conforms to ergonomics.

2. The fixture adopts the most advanced toothless structure, and there is no need to add aluminum alloy gaskets when conducting steel strand tensile tests, making it easy to operate and replace samples.
