High hardness clamping layer, durable: The toothless steel wire clamp is formed by heat treatment to form a clamping layer, with a hardness controlled at HRC58 ± 3.2, ensuring that the overall strength of the clamp is greater than the hardness of the steel wire, reducing clamp damage, and having a service life far beyond traditional toothed clamps.
4. Multi specification integration, fast switching: Multiple arc-shaped clamping ports can be opened in parallel on the clamp, covering common steel strand specifications. There is no need to disassemble the clamp, and the specification switching can be completed by sliding directly, greatly improving the efficiency of the test.
The mainframe of the toothless steel strand testing machine adopts a hydraulic loading structure, and the testing position conforms to ergonomic design, making operation convenient and comfortable. The main engine adopts a bottom mounted oil cylinder and a four column two screw structure. The stretching space is located above the main engine, and the compression test space is located between the lower crossbeam and the worktable, with strong rigidity and high stability.
The equipment is equipped with a self-developed fully digital multi-channel closed-loop measurement and control system, which has three closed-loop functions, supports multiple control methods such as stress, strain, displacement, etc., and can be switched without impact. The system adopts a computer bus design, with an experimental force indication accuracy of better than ± 0.5%, and an effective measurement range covering 2% to 100% FS.
The control system supports multiple control methods such as constant rate test force, constant rate stress, and constant rate displacement, and PID parameters can be adjusted online. During the experiment, multiple curves such as force displacement and stress-strain are displayed in real time, and key indicators such as tensile strength, specified non proportional tensile strength (Rp0.2), elastic modulus, and elongation are automatically calculated, and testing reports that meet standard requirements are automatically generated.
