The mainframe of the microcomputer-controlled steel strand testing machine adopts a lower-mounted hydraulic cylinder design, primarily used for tensile, compressive, and bending tests of metals, non-metals, and steel strands. It is suitable for applications in metallurgy, construction, light industry, aviation, aerospace, materials science, universities, research institutions, and other fields. The testing operation and data processing comply with the requirements of GB228.1 "Metallic Materials - Tensile Testing at Room Temperature".

Main purpose

This testing machine utilizes hydraulic loading and displays test results on a microcomputer screen, making it easy to operate and ensuring accurate and reliable test readings. It is primarily used for tensile performance tests of prestressed steel strands for concrete. With additional attachments, it can be used for tensile, compressive, bending, and shear tests of general steel and other metallic materials. It can also be used for compressive and bending tests of general materials, plastics, cement, and concrete.
