The microcomputer controlled flexural and compressive testing machine is mainly used for the compressive strength test of cement mortar samples, which fully meets the requirements of the national standard GB/T17671-2021. Install compression and bending test attachments to conduct compression and bending tests.

This testing machine adopts a double column frame structure, with the upper pressure plate installed on the upper fixed crossbeam, and the lower pressure plate loading the sample upwards under the action of the driving screw. The AC servo control and transmission system are installed at the lower part of the host. The testing machine adopts an AC servo speed control system, which controls high-precision and high-frequency AC servo motors to drive precision ball screw pairs for testing. It can achieve a wide range of adjustment of testing speed (0.01-50mm/min), and the testing process is smooth and efficient.

Adopting microcomputer control and conducting tests according to national standards, independently completing the setting of test parameters, control of the test process, data acquisition, processing, analysis, and display. It can achieve both single specimen testing and group testing, with precise, accurate, fast, convenient, and reliable control and measurement.

According to customer requirements, an external PC can be connected to collect and process test data, and then output and print various required test curves and reports. It can achieve storage, printing, and networking functions, which is intelligent and flexible.

It has the function of returning to the initial position after the experiment is completed, which is efficient and fast.
