The microcomputer controlled electro-hydraulic servo shear testing machine adopts a cylinder mounted and four column structure, with high rigidity and strength of the frame, small deformation, and meets the testing requirements of plate, bowl, and ball bearings for highway and railway bridges. The testing space is infinitely adjustable, making it convenient for testing needs at different heights. Adopting the proprietary multi-channel closed-loop coordinated loading electro-hydraulic servo control system independently developed by Xinguang, the system is controlled by a microcomputer to coordinate multi-stage hydraulic loading, smooth continuous loading, and multi-level test force maintenance. It automatically collects and stores data, draws curves, and prints test reports. The computer controls the test process in a timely manner, displays test forces and curves, and has simple and reliable operation.

This machine is used for testing the mechanical properties of finished rubber bearings for highway bridges. Can be done separately:
