Operating procedures for microcomputer controlled material torsion testing machine

1. Connect the computer and monitor power supply; Double click the software icon to open the testing machine software;

2. Connect the host power, turn on the air switch, and power on the testing machine;

3. Use the left and right rotation buttons on the manual control box or software to adjust the test space and clamp the sample properly;

4. Click "Analyze" to enter the analysis interface, click the "New Experimental Record" button to create a new experimental record, set the experimental parameters, and click "OK" to complete the parameter settings;

5. Click "Test" to return to the test interface, clear the torque and torsion angle to 0, enter the pre tightening speed and test speed, and select whether to automatically return and the automatic return speed. If the sample is subjected to destructive testing, use the mouse to select the option "After destructive type judgment, the test will automatically end". If the sample does not undergo destructive testing, the detection torque value or angle value can be entered at the target. After setting up, select the twisting direction and click the "Test Start" button to start the test;

6. After the experiment is completed, the equipment will automatically shut down and the test results will be viewed on the analysis interface;

7. Output the results of a single experiment in Word format through "Output Results to Word Document". If printing is required, click "Print". If it is not printed at the time, it can also be queried through "Database Operation".

Precautions

1.If there are special circumstances during the experiment, press the emergency stop button urgently;

2. For new samples without data, it is recommended to slowly test whether the range of the equipment meets the requirements.
