The main unit of the single space tensile testing machine is a four column frame structure, with a frame material of integral cast steel, a fully steel structure, semi closed jaws, high-precision servo dedicated oil cylinders, and two clamping oil cylinders for flat pushing and clamping structure. After sample loading, the sample is not subjected to initial force, and there is no impact on the ground when the sample is pulled apart. At the same time, the host has the advantage of high resistance to tensile (compressive) testing, and the testing machine has high coaxiality.

Scope of Application

Mainly used for tensile, compressive, bending and other tests of metals and non metals. Suitable for fields such as metallurgy, construction, light industry, aviation, aerospace, materials, universities, research institutions, etc. The experimental operation and data processing meet the requirements.

Product Features

1、 Adopting a single space structure, all experiments and verifications are completed in one space, with the oil cylinder placed on top.

2、 The host is a fully rigid gapless structure, and when the tensile specimen breaks, the testing machine has no impact on the ground. At the same time, the host has the advantage of high resistance to tensile (compressive) testing, and can also test samples with different axes normally.

3、 The layout of the experimental space is reasonable, in line with the principles of ergonomics, and reduces the labor intensity of the testing personnel.

4、 Adopting a semi open hydraulic flat push fixture.
