1. Horizontal structure, easy to handle ultra long cables
The equipment adopts a horizontal frame structure, and the effective stretching space can be customized according to customer needs, fully meeting the full-size testing requirements of ultra long samples such as power cables, steel strands, optical cables, and ropes. The experimental space adopts a horizontal split design, combined with a track type mobile car or lifting platform, allowing one person to easily complete the clamping and alignment of a 10 meter long cable, completely bidding farewell to the history of vertical machines requiring ladder operation.
2. High precision fully closed-loop control, accurate and reliable test data
Transmission system: Adopting imported AC servo motors and high-precision ball screw pairs, the transmission is smooth, the noise is low, and the speed is infinitely variable.
Force measurement system: Equipped with high-precision spoke type load sensors, the test force indication accuracy is better than ± 0.5% (0.5 level), and the effective measurement range covers 0.4% -100% FS. Whether it is a thin copper wire or a thick power cable, it can accurately capture the fracture point.
Deformation measurement: It can be paired with a large deformation extensometer or an electronic extensometer to accurately measure the elongation of cable insulation sheaths and the tensile strength of conductors.
3. Intelligent software system, one click generation of quality inspection report
TestMaster measurement and control software based on the Windows platform, supporting standard database management. The operator selects the "Cable Stretching" test plan, inputs the model and specifications, and the equipment automatically adjusts the return speed to start the test with one click. The software can draw real-time force displacement/force time curves and automatically calculate key indicators such as tensile strength, elongation at break, and yield strength. Automatic storage of test data, support for historical traceability, and one click export of formatted test reports that comply with GB/T2951 (Mechanical Performance Standards for Cable Insulation).
4. Special fixtures, reliable clamping without slipping
