The core of fatigue performance testing for asphalt mixtures lies in accurately measuring the stress-strain response and fatigue life of the material under cyclic loading. The Xin Guang asphalt fatigue testing machine is designed strictly in accordance with national and industry standards, and has the following outstanding advantages:

1. High dynamic response performance: Using imported electro-hydraulic servo valves and high response actuators, the static/dynamic test force can reach ± 50kN to ± 300kN, and the amplitude fluctuation is not greater than ± 2% FS for each level. The actuator amplitude can reach ± 100mm, with a frequency range of 0.1-50Hz, which can meet the low cycle and high cycle fatigue test requirements of asphalt mixtures.

2. High precision measurement and control system: equipped with high-precision load sensors, the accuracy of the test force indication is better than ± 1% (level 1 accuracy), calibrated in stages according to attenuation multiples of 1 and 10, with an indication accuracy of ± 1% for each stage starting from 20%. The displacement measurement resolution is as high as 0.001mm, which can accurately capture the small deformations of asphalt mixtures during dynamic loading.

3. Fully automatic closed-loop control: adopting a multi-channel electro-hydraulic servo control system, supporting multiple control methods such as constant rate test force, constant rate stress, constant rate displacement, etc. The control methods can be randomly/arbitrarily switched between, and the PID parameters can be adjusted online. Microcomputer control coordinates hydraulic loading, automatically continuous and stable loading, automatic load holding, automatic data collection and storage, curve drawing, and computer real-time control of the test process.

4. Multi functional test accessory configuration: By configuring corresponding accessories and test software, various mechanical performance tests of asphalt mixtures can be completed, including:

-Uniaxial compression dynamic modulus test: determination of rebound modulus and Poisson's ratio

-Indirect tensile creep and strength testing: evaluation of crack resistance performance

-Bending fatigue test: determination of phase angle and bending fatigue life

-Triaxial fatigue test: simulating the actual stress state of the road surface

5. High and low temperature environment simulation system: equipped with a high and low temperature environment box with an inner cavity size of 450mm × 400mm × 600mm and a temperature range of -30 ℃~60 ℃. It can simulate the mechanical properties of asphalt mixtures under actual climate conditions and truly reflect the service behavior of materials at different temperatures.

6. Frame structure, stable and reliable: The host adopts a frame structure, and the crossbeam action adopts a hydraulic lifting, hydraulic clamping, and elastic release structure to ensure the stability and reliability of the crossbeam during the test process.
