The JB-D300W low-temperature impact testing machine is used to test the impact resistance performance of metal materials under dynamic loads. JB-D300W is a microcomputer screen display fully automatic impact testing machine, which adopts PC microcomputer control, electric swing, impact, microcomputer measurement, calculation, screen display results and can be printed, etc. It has high work efficiency and testing accuracy. After impacting the sample, the remaining energy can be used to automatically swing and prepare for the next test. The operation is simple and the work efficiency is high. The PC can display the material's impact absorption energy, impact toughness, pendulum swing angle, and test average value, and can print the test data and average value for the current test. The JB-D300W low-temperature impact testing machine adopts a cascade compressor refrigeration technology, utilizing the principle of thermal balance and cyclic stirring to achieve automatic and uniform cooling, constant temperature, and temperature adjustment of the sample, all of which are electrically controlled. It is equipped with a dedicated sample feeding device for automatic feeding and automatic positioning of the sample, ensuring that the impact time from the sample being taken out of the furnace to the impact is not more than 2 seconds, meeting the requirements of the metal low-temperature Charpy impact testing method. This testing machine complies with the national standard GB/T3808-2018 "Inspection of Pendulum Impact Testing Machines", conducts impact testing on metal materials according to the national standard GB/T229-2020 "Charpy Pendulum Impact Testing Method for Metal Materials", and complies with JJG145-82 "Verification Regulations for Pendulum Impact Testing Machines".
