The Xin Guang fully automatic impact testing machine can provide various impact energy specifications such as 150J, 300J, 450J, 750J, etc., to meet the impact toughness testing needs from conventional metal materials to high-strength alloy steels. The pre swing angle of the pendulum is 150 °, the impact velocity is 5.2m/s, the support span is 40mm, and it is suitable for standard Charpy V-shaped or U-shaped notch specimens.
3、 High precision measurement and control system, with real and reliable data
Equipped with high-precision angle encoder and measurement and control system, the test results are accurate and reliable. The equipment is controlled by a microcontroller or microcomputer, which can achieve integrated operations such as swinging, positioning, impact, measurement, calculation, digital display results, and printing, with high work efficiency and testing accuracy. The pendulum moment (impact constant) is 80.3848N · m (150J) and 163.7695N · m (300J), and the distance from the center of rotation of the pendulum to the impact point is 750mm.
4、 Scalable low-temperature module to meet diverse testing needs
The equipment can be equipped with a low-temperature device, using cascade compressor refrigeration technology, with a low-temperature range covering room temperature to -60 ℃ (expandable to -100 ℃), and a temperature control accuracy fluctuation of ± 1.5 ℃. Equipped with a dedicated sample delivery device and automatic end face positioning of the sample, ensuring that the impact time from the sample being taken out of the furnace is not more than 2 seconds, fully meeting the requirements of the metal low-temperature Charpy impact test method. The sample box has a capacity of 20 and can load test samples in batches. With the automatic sample delivery system, it can achieve continuous unmanned testing.

The equipment is equipped with multiple safety measures such as overload protection, overcurrent protection, limit protection, and emergency stop button.
