In March 2026, the technical team of Jinan Xinguang Testing Machine Manufacturing Co., Ltd. went to Taizhou, Zhejiang to complete the installation and commissioning of electronic universal testing machines, impact testing machines, and supporting equipment (lathes, projectors) for customers, and provide on-site operation training and specimen testing.

The client is a professional enterprise that researches and produces automotive injection molds, engineering machinery components, and forgings. Its products are compatible with multiple domestic automotive brands such as BYD, Ideal, Geely, and Leapmotor.

2.During the adjustment of the lathe, the impact test sample was pulled and cut on site, and the notch size met the standard in one go;

3. The projector has completed calibration and passed the verification of magnification and reading accuracy.

Trial training: hands-on teaching, on-site testing. After the equipment installation was completed, the Xin Guang technical team conducted a two-day system training for the customer's operators, which included:

1. Equipment operation process: from power on self-test to test parameter setting

2. The entire process of impact testing: sample clamping → low-temperature bath temperature control → impact impact impact → data reading

3. Application of Universal Testing Machine: Fixture Selection and Speed Control for Tensile/Compression Testing

4. Daily maintenance: Equipment cleaning, lubrication, calibration cycle

5. Common troubleshooting: A guide to solving simple problems on-site

On site practical session: After the training, both parties jointly completed the on-site testing of the customer's self provided test specimens. The experiment includes:

1. Room temperature impact test of mold steel to verify material toughness

2. Tensile strength testing of forging blocks to obtain yield strength and tensile strength data

3. Projection measurement of impact fracture surface and recording of crystalline fracture surface ratio

4. All test data is stable and the curves are smooth. The customer's technical personnel synchronized the operation on site and mastered the independent testing ability on the spot.
