1. Product Overview

The electro-hydraulic servo channel fatigue testing machine is a high-precision and multifunctional testing equipment, mainly used to test the fatigue performance of pre embedded channels and their related components. This device adopts electro-hydraulic servo control technology, which can automatically control the test force, frequency, and amplitude, and track and display the test data in real time. It is widely used for fatigue life testing of embedded channels in electrified railway contact network tunnels.

2. Main functions

1) Fatigue testing of the channel body: Evaluate the fatigue characteristics of the channel itself and meet the requirements of TB/T3329-2013 "Pre embedded Channels in Electrified Railway Contact Network Tunnels" standard.

2) Composite fatigue testing: testing the fatigue performance of the combination of the channel, anchor rod, and T-bolt.

3) Multi functional testing: By replacing test attachments, it can also be used for dynamic and static performance and fatigue testing of other materials and components, such as tensile, compressive, low cycle, and high cycle fatigue testing.
