Features of the machine:

A.Energy conservation

Working in electromagnetic resonance loading mode, theoretically, the machine hardly needs to consume external energy. Compared with the electro-hydraulic servo mode with the same load, it can save more than 98% of electric energy. The test consumes almost no electricity. It is the most energy-saving working machine.

B.High work efficiency

It usually works at a high frequency and completes 10 ^ 7 alternating loads. If the working frequency is 200 Hz, it takes 13.9 hours. The design frequency of the equipment, from mechanical to electronic control, is higher than the working frequency of traditional machines. The maximum frequency is allowed to be 1.5 times that specified in the standard and reach 450hz. The average work efficiency is also increased by about 50%. For the above 10 ^ 7 loads, the 350Hz working frequency is adopted, and the test time is 7.9 hours.

C.Large amplitude

Limited by the principle of electromagnetic excitation, the amplitude is generally small. The amplitude is not specified in the standard of high frequency fatigue testing machine. But in many tests, the amplitude is not too small. The maximum amplitude of the designed test piece of the equipment is 6mm and the factory setting is 3mm. It can meet the amplitude requirements of various loading forms, materials and shapes.

The force sensor can be placed on top

In order to meet the test requirements for the installation of test pieces, the force value measurement sensor of the equipment can be installed on top as required to make enough and flexible installation space for special test pieces. An acceleration sensor is installed in the upper force measurement to offset the force measurement error caused by inertial force and ensure the accuracy of the measured force value.

D.Software features - touch screen operation, photographing input, rich test pieces

The working process of the equipment is completed by man-machine dialogue through special software. All operations can be realized by touching the simple prompt on the screen with your finger. Input information, such as test pieces, requirements, notes, records, operators, etc., can be entered by taking photos on mobile phones. The software shall compile and record enough sample types, including previous test examples and other test sample examples that can be completed by the equipment. Generally, the operator only needs to select to start and complete the test task
