Cemented carbide testing machine

The testing machine uses AC servo motor as the power source; Adopting advanced chip integration technology, professional designed PCI data acquisition, amplification and control system, the test force, deformation amplification and a / D conversion process realize double display control and full digital adjustment of display.

This machine can test and analyze the mechanical properties of various metals, nonmetals and composite materials. It can be used in accordance with GB, JIS, ASTM, DIN ISO and other standards automatically obtain test data such as z-large test force value, breaking force value, yield strength, upper and lower yield strength, tensile strength, compressive strength, elongation at break, tensile elastic modulus and bending elastic modulus.

It meets the requirements of national standard GB / 3851-83 determination method of transverse fracture strength of cemented carbide and international standard astmb406-96 (2000) test method of transverse fracture strength of cemented carbide. It can also meet other requirements and standards provided by users.
