In the mechanical property test, the special toothless pliers for steel strand can ensure the fracture in the middle of the sample, which is the true effective value of the tensile test. The measurement and control system adopts a full digital multi-channel closed-loop measurement and control system with three closed-loop functions,

That is, the stress, strain, displacement and other closed-loop control modes can be carried out, and the impact free switching can be carried out. The tensile strength, specified non proportional extension strength, elastic modulus, elongation and other mechanical properties of the steel strand can be measured.

1、 Features of this machine:

1. The hydraulic two-way cylinder is used to load the main machine, and one loading cylinder is provided on both sides of the main machine to reduce the height of the whole machine. The test position is easy to operate and conforms to ergonomics.

2. The fixture adopts Z advanced toothless structure, and it is easy to operate and replace the specimen without adding aluminum alloy gasket during the tensile test of steel strand.
