1、 Main purpose:

The horizontal anchor rod tensile testing machine adopts the horizontal frame structure. The single rod double acting piston cylinder applies the test force. The computer control system controls the servo motor and other components to realize the automatic control of the test process. The test data is accurately collected by the load sensor and transmitted to the computer. The control system automatically analyzes and stores the test results. The required test report can be directly printed by the printer. This testing machine is specially used for the tensile test of prestressed anchor rod and other samples. It can automatically measure the total elongation and residual deformation of the anchor rod. It can also be equipped with an automatic sampling device for on-line inspection and mass inspection of products. It is an ideal testing equipment that can meet the requirements of modern production and scientific research.

2、 Host system

The main machine is mainly composed of main frame (including oil cylinder seat, left and right frames, rear sealing plate, foot, etc.), oil cylinder, front moving beam, front chuck seat, rear chuck seat, load sensor and other parts. The tension working area is between the front chuck seat and rear chuck seat, which can carry out the tensile test with z-load of 3000kN.

The front chuck seat is connected with the front moving beam through the pull rod to form a force applying frame, and the oil cylinder seat and the rear chuck seat are connected through the main frame to form a force bearing frame. The test area is between the front chuck seat and the rear chuck seat. The attachments installed on the two chuck seats are respectively connected to both ends of the sample. The single rod double acting low friction piston cylinder drives the force applying frame to move under the action of hydraulic pressure, and the front chuck seat and the rear chuck seat move relatively, so as to apply the test force to the specimen.

The front cross beam and front chuck seat are supported on the guide rail by guide wheels and can be driven by the hydraulic system to move back and forth along the guide rail. The moving speed is controlled by the servo valve of the hydraulic system and the limit position of the movement is controlled by the limit switch.

The force measuring system adopts a spoke type load sensor, which has good lateral force resistance and accurate force measurement. The load sensor is installed on the front crossbeam and connected to the piston through the ball joint and socket mechanism, effectively eliminating the influence of lateral force on the piston.

The equipment is equipped with an automatic loading and unloading system. The anchor rod is placed on the loading rack. The manipulator rises to remove the anchor rod from the loading rack. The material rack is removed. The manipulator falls back to install the sample in the fixture. The air cylinder of the dial indicator base works. The air cylinder is installed in place. The test is started. After the test is completed, the dial indicator is removed. The manipulator rises to lift the anchor rod. The material rack is moved in. The manipulator falls back to put the anchor rod into the waste rack, The manipulator rises again and takes out the second anchor rod for the next test.

3、 Hydraulic system

The oil source system adopts a differential circuit, which can greatly save the test preparation time on the condition that the test requirements are met. The oil source system adopts the pressure following system. The pressure of the oil source system increases with the increase of the load, which can effectively save energy. The pump station adopts servo motor and imported Japanese Nachi low-noise conjugate internal gear pump, with a configuration of no more than 5 μ M precision oil filter; The Z high pressure of the system is controlled by the overflow valve and used as a safety valve; The whole system is designed according to the principle of energy saving and simple layout; The oil tank is equipped with electronic oil temperature and oil level gauge, high-pressure oil filter, air filter, etc., and with oil temperature, liquid level and oil resistance protection and indication devices. The oil source is equipped with air cooling device.

4、 Electrical part

5、 Technical features

Through the wireless remote control box, the functions of extending and retracting the piston can be conveniently realized, which is convenient for testing and operation.

The hydraulic system adopts differential mechanism, which can effectively improve the extension speed of the piston during adjustment and improve the working efficiency.
