1. Core functions of the device
High temperature mechanical testing: testing the strength, elastic modulus, creep, fatigue and other properties of materials in the range of room temperature to 1600 ℃ (or even higher).
Multiple load types: Supports testing modes such as tension, compression, bending, and torsion (depending on fixture configuration).

(1) High temperature furnace system
Temperature range:
Conventional type: Room temperature~1200 ℃.
Ultra high temperature type: can reach above 1600 ℃.
Uniform temperature zone: a uniform temperature zone within the furnace (± 2~5 ℃) to ensure even heating of the testing section.
Heating rate: usually 5-10 ℃/min, rapid heating type can reach more than 20 ℃/min.
(2) Mechanical loading system
Load range: 1kN~1000kN (selected based on material strength).
Actuator: servo electric or hydraulic drive, accuracy ± 0.5% FS.
Deformation measurement: High temperature extensometer, capable of withstanding temperatures up to 1200 ℃.
(3) Control system
Temperature control: PID regulation, supports multi-stage program heating.
Data collection: synchronously record parameters such as temperature, load, displacement, strain, etc.
Security protection: power outage due to overheating, overload protection, abnormal alarm of cooling system.

Operation protection: The outer wall of the high-temperature furnace is insulated and equipped with an emergency cooling system.
