The YJW-5000 microcomputer controlled electro-hydraulic servo shear testing machine adopts a cylinder down type and four column structure, with high frame stiffness and strength, small deformation, meeting the testing requirements of plate, bowl, and ball bearings for highway and railway bridges. The testing space is infinitely adjustable, making it convenient for testing needs at different heights. Adopting the proprietary multi-channel closed-loop coordinated loading electro-hydraulic servo control system independently developed by Zhenzhen, the system is controlled by a microcomputer to coordinate multi-stage hydraulic loading, smooth continuous loading, and multi-level test force maintenance. It automatically collects and stores data, draws curves, and prints test reports. The computer controls the test process in a timely manner, displays test forces and curves, and has simple and reliable operation.
